The Content Strategy Manager shapes and directs PeoplePartners' content initiatives to drive audience engagement, support brand positioning, and align with business growth goals. This leader oversees content strategy, production, optimization, and distribution while fostering collaboration across marketing and digital channels. With a keen understanding of customer psychology, the director will use insights to craft impactful messaging and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring all content meets performance standards and strategic relevance across digital and offline platforms.

Job Description

Strategic Content Planning - Design and lead content strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals, ensuring targeted messaging across customer touchpoints and audience segmentation for tailored experiences.
  • Design content strategies that align with the company’s long-term business objectives and brand values.

Content Production - Manage content creation from blogs to ad creatives, ensuring brand alignment, consistency, and quality, while collaborating with creative teams to achieve impactful, strategic outputs.
  • Oversee the creation of multimedia content that includes blogs, infographics, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure visual content aligns with textual content and ad creatives are on-brand.
  • Edit and proof content for clarity, grammar, and brand voice, including advertising materials.
  • Update and repurpose old content, including revising landing pages and ad copies.
  • Organize brainstorming sessions with copywriters to generate new ideas for campaigns and advertising content.
Video Content Management - Oversee video strategy from production through distribution, optimizing for viewer engagement and campaign success, with a focus on impactful storytelling.
  • Develop a strategy for video content that aligns with overall marketing goals, including video ads.
  • Oversee the production of video content from scripting to post production, ensuring ad videos meet campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to integrate video effectively in campaigns, including promotional and ad campaigns.
  • Analyze video engagement metrics and optimize based on performance, focusing on video ads' impact on campaign success
  • Explore video platforms and distribution methods for maximizing reach of ad-driven video content.
Content Optimization - Enhance content for SEO, email, and social engagement, applying A/B testing and analytics insights to maximize content effectiveness across platforms.
  • Optimize all content for SEO, including landing pages and ad copies.
  • Ensure email content is designed to achieve high open and click rates, including promotional and campaign emails.
  • Adapt content based on social media platform requirements, ensuring ad creatives are optimized for engagement.
  • Utilize A/B testing for landing pages and ad variants to maximize conversions.
  • Implement feedback from content performance analytics to improve quality, specifically adjusting ad creatives and landing pages based on user interaction data.
Content Distribution - Coordinate content deployment across channels, ensuring synchronized messaging and maximizing audience reach through strategic distribution methods.
  • Manage the scheduling and posting of content across various channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to synchronize market launches and campaigns.
  • Track distribution analytics to adjust strategies.
  • Explore new distribution channels and partnerships.
Performance Analysis - Regularly evaluate content effectiveness, using analytics to guide strategy adjustments and presenting insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Agency & Vendor Management - Manage partnerships with external agencies, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality control, and evaluating ROI for outsourced projects.
  • Select and manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for external services.
  • Ensure that all external content is on-brand and meets quality standards.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Assess and renew contracts based on performance and ROI.
Team Management & Development - Lead and mentor a content team, setting clear KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering skill development through ongoing training and collaborative support.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, ideally within BPOs, advertising, media production, or broadcasting, with a proven record of managing large-scale content operations.
  • 10+ years of experience leading and developing creative teams, with demonstrated skill in mentoring and inspiring high-performing professionals.
  • Foundational understanding of digital marketing principles to support and integrate content strategies across digital platforms.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategy, measure content impact, and drive iterative improvements.
  • Expertise in project management, adept at handling concurrent projects to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, or related fields.
