Position Overview:

The Operations Vendor Administrator at CrossCountry Mortgage LLC is responsible for supporting and optimizing relationships with vendors critical to the loan process.  This role focuses on all aspects of Vendor relations and maintaining accurate vendor records, vendor performance metrics and service-level agreements. The Operations Vendor Administrator works closely with Operations, Loan Support and Procurement teams to support a seamless user experience. The primary responsibility in this role involves working closely with operations vendors and internal departments to escalate Loan Support cases as well as complete compliance and performing monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process with procurement, including assisting in the collection and verification of required documents.

  • Ensure that all vendor information is accurately documented and maintained in a centralized location.

  • Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquires, resolving issues and concerns promptly.

  • Research new vendors and provide a thorough feature analysis.

  • Work with vendors and internal departments on new feature releases.

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between vendors and internal departments ensuring alignment on project requirements and timelines.

  • Schedule and coordinate regular vendor meetings to review performance and address any outstanding issues.

  • Complete quarterly Vendor Scorecards.

  • Assist procurement in annual vendor reviews.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of mortgage processing experience, preferred.

  • Proficient with Encompass.

  • Strategic understanding of the mortgage lending function.

  • Excellent communication, and customer service skills to build relationships with multiple departments, including Senior Leaders.

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range:

  • Base Pay:
  • $21.00-$26.00
  • The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
