Web Designer

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating web page structure and styling.
• Understanding of JavaScript for adding interactive elements and functionality.
• Experience with different popular web frameworks.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Ability to create websites that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Understand user needs and design websites for optimal user experience.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize website designs.
• Knowledge of color theory and typography to create visually appealing designs.
• Ability to design websites that align with a company's brand and identity.
• Plan and manage web design projects from start to finish.
• Effectively manage time and meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Identify and solve design and technical challenges.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, such as developers and marketers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in web design or development are a plus.
• Proven experience as a web designer with a portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects. Experience with web design tools and technologies, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements. Knowledge of design principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing responsive websites that work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design, code, and content. Ability to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve design and technical issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members and presenting design ideas and updates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
