📋 Your Mission: Executive Assistant


Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for orchestrating seamless operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge? If so, we want you to join our elite team. As the linchpin of our Executive Team, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth coordination between the CEO, VP of Sales, and the rest of the team. Your impact will be felt across the entire company.


📈 What You’ll Do


  • Support the executive team: Assist in all functions of daily operations, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • CEO’s Right Hand: Provide comprehensive reporting and assistance to the CEO, making sure they’re always up-to-date and informed.
  • Process Champion: Oversee critical process tasks like analysis, monitoring, and reporting, following the CEO’s guidance.
  • Master of Documentation: Compose and distribute meeting notes, team correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Communications Connoisseur: Draft emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive team, ensuring the message is always on point.
  • Meeting Maestro: Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring the calendar is always optimized and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Calendar Custodian: Manage the executive’s calendar, including appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Initiative Taker: Tackle various tasks assigned by the executive, bringing your own flair and initiative to each one.


💼 Must-Have Skills


  • Fluent in English: Your communication skills in English are top-notch, both written and verbal.
  • Experience Counts: You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong passion for sales.
  • Self-Starter: You take the lead, are resourceful, and can work independently.
