 About The Role

 A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities for Educate 360’s sales organization. There is not a high degree of technical knowledge for this position, but computer proficiency is a must. This position lays the foundation for a successful career. You will develop and foster a wide range of technical, analytical, and sales skills. Our goal is to set you up for success as a SDR while providing opportunities for you to grow and advance your career at Educate 360. 


Day to day, you will:

  • Help define and execute a proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Prospecting and identifying potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Use Outreach, Dynamics CRM, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging.
  • Contact key stakeholders in target accounts to drive conversations and business opportunities.
  • Learn our products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition with a technical audience. Work to understand their goals and challenges to better understand how we can help.
  • Expand your knowledge of sales skills and our solutions.
Requirements

  • Naturally think on your feet in a conversation and can answer unexpected questions with ease.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
