As an Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager you will....
Serve as a key facilitator and driver of the due diligence integration planning and integration execution process of strategic initiatives company
Work within the M&A Integration team and across the functional team to understand requirements for each new acquisition and then execute on those requirements
Partner closely and build trust and credibility with cross-functional experts throughout the Company
Proactively oversee and evaluate project activities build contingency plans and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks
Assist in the crafting and documenting of thoughtful and thorough integration strategies
Communicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and the achievement of integration objectives
Act as an information gatekeeper understanding the complexity and sensitivity of each deal

Have exceptional project management skills
Have strong attention to detail follow-up and excellent organizational skills
Enjoy working autonomously and asynchronously maintaining a solution-focused mindset
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment

Understand the importance of handling sensitive/confidential information
Experience using Microsoft 365 specifically proficient in PowerPoint for executive level presentations and Excel for project tracking.
Have excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
