This is a remote position, and it reports to our Payroll Services Manager.

Key objectives of positions:

Advanced utilization of ADP Workforce Now, and/or Rippling payroll technology platforms

Learn and become an advanced user of our custom SalesForce CRM technology

Execute and manage the entire payroll process for your assigned clients while achieving quality of service ratings of 9+ on your customer survey scores

Accurately and efficiently process various Payroll administration tasks for our clients in a timely manner

Build strong relationships with your client contacts and colleagues based on mutual trust and respect and a shared desire to achieve excellent results

Requirements for this position

This position requires someone who enjoys working with numbers and doesn't mind the pressure of managing payroll for numerous clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-client payrolls and payroll technology. A college degree is preferred, but not required. What is required is a commitment to doing quality work and a strong desire to excel in all of your endeavors
