What is Swag?

Swag is an Italian Company, founded in 2019 by a group of professionals in the field of Blockchain and Bitcoin. In just a few years, from a start-up with a predominantly Italian and Spanish customer base, it has grown into a multinational company active in many countries, thanks to massive and continuous investments in the research and development of a product line already at the top of the market.

Our Marketing team is growing and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help our seniors at making our products look even more amazing.

A bit about the team:

• The marketing team is creative, energetic and charismatic. They work remotely form all around Italy, they have different backgrounds but now they are focused on the same mission
• Flexible working time and remote work are a rule for the them

What will make your day:

• Create visual content for social media, online and off-line media channels. Ie: banners, Instagram format, newsletters
• Development of croppings and logo guidelines aligned with corporate image
• Graphic design of corporate materials such as internal presentation and sell in materials
• Retouch (creative content, outline images etc.)
• Continuous optimization of the work processes with external agencies or other departments
• Prepare mockups and print-ready files
• Collaborate on UI design tasks with a basic understanding of Figma
• Overseeing of latest technological trends and possibilities as well as market trends and their presentation and implementation in the company
• If necessary, support and work in additional projects (eg. development of corresponding concepts of visual perception and creation of concepts as well as support organization)

and that’s how you look like:

• Degree in intermedia, graphic or communication design or comparable education
• 2+ year of professional experience in comparable position
• Solid proficiency with Adobe Design Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Up to date with the latest technologies, best practices and industry trends
• Precise working manner and good time management
• Independent and pro-active working method
• Experience in social content design
• Eye for art and high attention on details
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Resilience and initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills
