Job description

We’re looking for a Regional Growth Lead – US to join our international team, focusing on scaling the business through effective marketing campaigns, and commercial partnerships.

The Role

As the Regional Growth Lead – US, you will execute the marketing and commercial strategy for the state, ensuring our growth momentum is sustained. You’ll work closely with global teams to localize marketing efforts, build local partnerships, and leverage commercial insights to activate and retain customers. Please note only candidates based in or states bordering Indiana are eligible for this role and the setup is remote.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:
    • Develop and lead marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive engagement within local communities.
    • Foster and grow a community of active users through targeted initiatives, partnerships, and online interactions.
    • Collaborate with influencers and early adopters to expand our reach and build an authentic brand presence.
    • Optimize digital channels and monitor SEO performance, focusing on user acquisition through organic search.
Data-Driven Analysis & Strategy:
    • Review daily commercials (KPIs), identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure marketing efforts drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
    • Analyze user data, social insights, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Translate metrics into actionable strategies that optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts.
    • Monitor key growth metrics, using insights to adjust campaigns and build momentum.
Product Enhancement & Localization:
    • Partner with product teams to refine the app experience, adapting to local user preferences and behaviors.
    • Drive product-led growth initiatives, foster user community groups, gathering feedback from users to inform product updates and enhancements.
    • Ensure product features and messaging are aligned with local culture and consumer expectations.
Stakeholder Management & Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, marketing, and compliance teams to integrate US’ strategy with company-wide goals.
    • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, providing local insights and advocating for regional needs.
About You
  • Proven experience in social media strategy, community engagement, SEO, or growth marketing, ideally within the betting, gaming, or tech sectors.
  • Data-focused with strong analytical skills to interpret trends and user behavior.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
