Job description

 

SUMMARY

A motivated and results-driven Digital Health Accounts (DHA) Manager to help shape the future of our digital sales channel. The DHA Manager will be a key driver in establishing and growing a digital-led, high-quality, and cost-effective sales channel for Vapotherm’s Digital Health Accounts, which currently account for approximately 10% of Vapotherm’s U.S. revenue. This role demands a visionary player/coach who can craft and execute a national digital/virtual/telephonic sales strategy, leveraging targeted and impactful customer interactions to achieve sales goals and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction in our current accounts, then expand to opening net new accounts and then potentially adding 3rd party products to the sales channel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Deliver HVT 2.0 Capital Equipment Plans
  • Maintain and grow current disposable base of business
  • Drive demand generation through digital/telephone/CRM outreach
  • Deliver P&L Targets
  • Upon demonstration of success, build a team and scale

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A demonstrated top performer selling advanced capital equipment to hospitals remotely
  • A deep interest in and proficiency with leveraging technology to improve sales results
  • A strong desire for General Management experience
