Job Description

The Oracle Security and Controls practice is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and the Oracle Controls products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development! We are looking for consultants who have in-depth functional Oracle ERP Cloud Security experience. Knowledge of Advanced Control will be a plus.

Successfully implement ERP Security and Advanced Control. Identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library, come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements, ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule.

Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.)

Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable

RESPONSIBILITIES

4-8 years of experience working with Oracle ERP and recent experience in ERP Cloud Security.

Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and domain experts.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $66,700 - $145,000 CAD per year

US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
