The Downstream Service Marketing lead is responsible for all downstream initiatives relating to the growth, development, and execution of Global Services, maximizing Hologic’s international service market share and revenue.
This role will partner with cross divisional teams, including but not limited to R&D, Business Development, IT, Sales, Operations, Pricing, Finance and Downstream leads across the franchises.
Collaboration with internal partners and additional stakeholders is required to drive alignment on objectives, clear paths to execution and the delivery of measured outcomes. The role is highly dynamic, requires strong influence, organizational and time management skills to effectively execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Development: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our Service portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals to boost Service revenue growth.
- Branding Initiatives: Lead SURECARE™ branding efforts to maintain a unified strategy across divisions and global regions.
- Product Launch Excellence: Oversee commercial product launches, ensuring team collaboration and ownership of all service offerings.
- Strategic Partnerships: Work with franchise leads to set clear portfolio priorities and align strategies to achieve service growth objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and evaluate key performance metrics, maintaining regular reports on marketing activities, efficiencies, and business impacts.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and leverage insights to enhance our commercial strategy.
- Feedback and Insights: Provide ongoing feedback on service sales performance, market trends, target accounts, and opportunities for new product development.
- Technical Support: Maintain deep technical knowledge to support the sales team with service product positioning.
- Customer Success Collaboration: Develop strategies for subscription selling, service offerings, and customer retention for contract-based customers.
- Organizational Influence: Drive organizational capability in customer success, experience, and the commercialization of service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Strategic Expertise: Strong understanding of go-to-market and on-market strategies.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in global medical device marketing, launch, and pricing.
- Project Management: High accountability with a track record of managing complex projects with ambitious milestones on time and on budget.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to absorb complex technical product knowledge.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated competitive and strategic mindset with strong analytic abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30-45%
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, a scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA or other graduate degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Required: 8+ years in marketing, strategy, sales, or business development roles.
- Preferred: Experience in consumer and/or patient marketing, medical device marketing, driving organizational change, and shaping future business direction.

The total compensation range for this role is $127,100- 211,800 and annual bonus scheme, one of our talent partners can discuss this in more detail with you.
