Universal Speech Therapy, Inc. is seeking a REMOTE Case Manager Special Education to join our team. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support and guidance to students in need of special education services.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Scheduling IEP meeting
Maintain compliance with IEP according to New Hampshire statutes
Qualifications
Degree in Special Education with certification in New Hampshire or willingness to obtain
Experience with school-based treatment planning; IEP writing
Experience working with high school students
Excellent communication and organizational skills
