This is a hands-on role that involves sales quality control, auditing, sales reviews, process improvement, and ensuring sales compliance. We need someone who thrives on maintaining strict attention to detail and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Process Auditing: Continuously evaluate the sales process to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with company best practices.

  • Sales Quality Assurance: Oversee sales calls, emails, and interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Create detailed reports on quality metrics, team performance, and compliance, offering valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data in the CRM, supporting effective record-keeping and accurate forecasting.

  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to enhance sales performance.

  • Data Cleanup & Audits: Regularly audit CRM and sales data to ensure data integrity and improve the accuracy of reports.

Requirements

You Have πŸ€“

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales quality control, auditing, or a related role (internships are also valuable)

  • Crypto or blockchain industry experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong ability to identify areas for improvement and effectively implement corrective actions.
