Responsibilities:

Define Advertising Goals & Strategy: Define advertising goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop and implement advertising strategies
Campaign Planning & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with set goals and budget requirements
Performance Analysis & Evaluation: Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., ROI and other key metrics), evaluate effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations
Channel Management & A/B Testing: Manage and optimize various advertising channels, including search engine ads, social media ads, display ads, video ads, and affiliate networks, while conducting A/B testing to enhance performance
Partner Management: Evaluate and select advertising partners, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with ad platforms and media vendors
Market Research & Strategy Adjustment: Conduct market and competitor research, understand industry trends and user behavior, and adjust advertising strategies based on market data

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in advertising or a related area
Familiarity with various advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends, and to develop innovative advertising strategies and solutions
Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Results-driven, with a strong goal orientation and excellent execution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
