Job Title: Architect for Deck Design
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST), Asynchronous work most of the time

Position Overview:

Were looking for a talented architect with expertise in deck design to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for outdoor architecture, and proficiency in creating both 3D models and detailed construction plans. The architect will be instrumental in developing site plans, creating material lists, and rendering visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Planning: Utilize satellite and remote tools to draft accurate site plans.
• 3D Modeling: Create simple 3D models in SketchUp based on project site photos and videos for client presentations.
• Construction Drawings: Develop clear construction drawings using CAD software and company templates.
• Rendering: Produce realistic 3D renders in Lumion from CAD designs to aid client visualization.
• Material Lists: Prepare detailed material take-off lists in Revit or similar software.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B packaging or craft beverage industries.
• Technical Skills:
  >> Proficiency in CAD software for construction drawings.
  >> Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling.
  >> Familiarity with Lumion for rendering.
  >> Proficiency in Revit or similar software for material lists.

• Language Skills: Strong English writing skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Attributes:

  >> Self-motivated, organized, and adept at remote work.
