Job Title: Global Merchandising Manager- Emerging Brands (Teva & AHNU)

Reports to:  Director of Global Brand Planning & Merchandising– Emerging Brands

Location:  Remote – West Coast / Greater Santa Barbara, CA or Portland, OR area preferred

The Role

The Manager, Global Merchandising will lead the development and implementation of a long-range and seasonal Merchandising plan for Emerging Brands- Teva and Ahnu. She/he will also be responsible for driving compelling seasonal assortment execution, working across functions and regions, to deliver on seasonal financial objectives. Under the direction of the Director of Global Brand Planning & Merchandising, work closely with Product Creation and Regional teams to build the seasonal assortments to meet and exceed the MFP plan and ensure that the metrics in the plan are being met.

This role will function as the Global Merchandising Hub while partnering with the Regional Merchandising Teams to drive a consistent, efficient and sustainable approach to the Merchandising function and Go-To-Market activities. She/he will partner with Marketing, Planning and Product Management to instill discipline and focus at all critical milestones. In addition to footwear merchandising leadership, this person will oversee apparel and accessories merchandising for Emerging Brands.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Global product merchandising strategy & process implementation- Teva & Ahnu
  • 2. Direct and cross functional team partnership- Teva & Ahnu
  • 3. Analyze sales, market trends and competitive dynamics on a local and global scale
  • 4. Present the merchandise strategy and assortment guidance to regions at key milestone meetings

  • 8-10 years of Footwear and Apparel Merchandising experience
  • 2 years of Product Line Management or other Merchandising experience
  • Performance Footwear and Apparel Brand experience
  • Experience designing and delivering compelling presentations for small and large audiences

$115,000 - $125,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
