• Utilize marketing automation tools to efficiently manage campaign workflows and scheduling.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that emails are visually appealing and content-rich.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align email marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Innovate and experiment with new email marketing techniques and technologies to stay ahead of industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in email marketing with demonstrated success in a similar role.
• Proficiency in major email marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
• Skilled in HTML, content management, and marketing automation technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
