The Role
We are looking for a Field & Channel Marketing Manager with experience working in high-tech IT SaaS companies. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our regional sales teams and channel partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation, build strong relationships with partners, and ensure our products and solutions gain market traction.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create field and channel marketing strategies that align with the company’s revenue goals and target market segments.
  • Partner Program Management: Design, implement, and optimize partner programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Content & Campaign Management: Oversee content creation and manage lead generation programs, including virtual/in-person events, trade shows, and other marketing tactics supporting the field sales organization.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute field events from initial planning to execution, including logistics, contract management, promotional communications, and follow-up/tracking.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to coordinate joint marketing activities and support partner activation.
  • Marketing Materials: Manage marketing materials inventory and distribution to align with the regional marketing strategy.
  • Industry Events: Identify and participate in industry events and presentation opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation: Align field and channel events with demand generation programs to generate marketing-qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch campaigns.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Analyze results from campaigns and events, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and increased ROI.


  • Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience working in high-tech IT SaaS companies, particularly within channel marketing, with a focus on resellers, distributors, and partner programs.
  • Proven experience running channels with resellers and distributors, and a strong understanding of the IT SaaS channel ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns, with experience in digital tactics such as e-marketing, PPC, content syndication, and webinars.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce (SF), and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, with experience in developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using tools to track, analyze, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to design and execute strategic marketing plans with measurable, high-impact results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong skills in managing budgets effectively.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to assert ideas and solicit feedback to achieve goals.
