Job description

Title: Territory Manager-Medical Capital Equipment

Location: Southern, Virginia or Northern, VA (2 positions)

Relocation Assistance: No

Great opportunity to join a worldwide medical capital equipment company! The Territory Sales Manager will be a results-driven individual and will cover the Southern or Northern Virginia area. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

This is a work from home position with extensive travel covering Southern or Northern Virginia. Familiarity selling to physicians in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus. They are calling on mostly plastic surgeons offices.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations. Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
  • Perform marketing research and manage territory.
  • Support in-service training and subsequent training.
  • Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner. Assist with post-sale customer issues.
  • Work with Field Service and company staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Medical capital equipment or complex medical device
  • Unlimited ability to travel within the territory
  • Sets and exceeds the quota consistently.
  • Ability to generate quality leads consistently.
  • Excellent prospecting and territory management abilities and superior selling and closing expertise.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Effective communicator and an active listener.
  • Outstanding ability to organize and track and report sales in an organized manner.
  • Values honesty is coachable and a team player.
  • Strong work ethic, self-disciplined, and has excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software

Anticipated Salary: 65K base + commissions
