This leader will have P&L responsibility and play a pivotal role in reshaping our service delivery models with a focus on driving operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability, particularly through leveraging offshore teams and resources.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of turning around unprofitable professional services organizations and has deep expertise in offshore work management. This leader will also require a strong sense of accountability that complements our culture of Client Success.  This candidate will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, optimizing processes, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet or exceed profitability targets. Strong experience in managing and executing change orders is essential to adapt project scope and ensure profitability. The candidate will also work closely with software development leaders to mitigate technical roadblocks that could impact project success.

The ideal candidate will also possess extensive experience leading a PMO, ensuring effective governance and project execution, managing the outsourcing and subcontracting of services to third-party vendors, overseeing quality, timelines, and successful delivery to meet project objectives. The candidate must also be highly skilled in measuring and managing billable utilization of staff to maximize profitability and efficiency.

This position requires travel of 25% or more to support global teams and client engagements.
