We are looking for an energetic and committed Business Development colleague to support the Assurance sales team in selling System Certification, Internal and Supplier Audit Solutions and Training Services in the Nordic market.

This is an exciting job opportunity for a self-starter to lead your own sales activities in the Scandinavian market. Expand our existing base of clients and with much opportunity for future expansion in the Nordics. It is currently a fully remote role, but you will need to be located in Sweden for the majority of your time.

Location: Sweden, hybrid

Key responsabilities:

  • Achieve/exceed the Assurance target.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and close deals.
  • Follow up on existing clients with queries and maintain relationships.
  • Prepare Account Plans for target accounts.
  • Map out existing and new clients and expand BSI’s market position within those clients.
  • Visit accounts face-to-face or virtual with Teams to advise/help them.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and act as one BSI.
  • Maintain sales activities with the use of Salesforce.
  • Visit events and networking opportunities to expand BSI brand awareness in the Nordics.

You could be the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bright, engaged and positive with a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish is compulsory, other languages are a plus
  • Experience in Business to Business sales is a must
  • Experience in working with targets is a must
  • Motivated by working toward targets and incentives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and disciplined
  • You will check your work before you hand it over
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Self-motivated and feel highly responsible/accountable
