International Accounting Manager

About the role:

You'll play a key role in managing and supporting the accounting and finance operations for Dragos' international subsidiaries. This hands-on position involves overseeing month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting audits, tax filings, and compliance efforts. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners while contributing to special projects that drive global success.

Location: Remote (US)

• Support the accounting and finance functions for Dragos’ international subsidiaries
• Collaborate with service providers and lead the month-end close process 
• Take charge of monthly account reconciliations for our international entities
• Partner with the GL team to tackle audits for our global operations
• Own the process for monthly journal entries tied to our international business
• Work closely with treasury, tax, HR, and payroll teams to support seamless operations
• Help with consolidations and eliminations to keep our financials aligned
• Provide assistance with gathering support including pulling documentation
• Be the detective! Research and resolve inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Suggest and implement improvements to make our processes leaner and more efficient
• Jump in on special projects and add value where it counts most

• Hands-on experience managing accounting for multiple international entities
• Comfortable navigating a multi-currency environment
• Previous work in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company
• Familiarity with ERP systems (bonus points for NetSuite experience!)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and how to apply it in real-world scenarios
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and analytical, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Base Salary: $130,000
