Job Description

HRIS Management:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Create HRIS roadmap with input from HR stakeholders and collaborate with IT and internal HRIS team to ensure resources are in place to complete priorities.
  • Ensure that processes are in place to ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy within HRIS.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and system upgrades to enhance functionality.

HR Operations:

  • Ensure that HR operational strategies and processes are optimized to be consistent across the globe while ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with payroll and other internal HR teams (HR BP, L&D, Talent Administration, Benefits and compensation) to ensure consistency and alignment with global HR strategies.
  • Manage compliance reporting for government related items such affirmative action, EEO, Vets, reporting
  • Manage audit compliance for financial audits, customer audits, and technology audits.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Lead team to generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Lead HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor HRIS and operations team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment that is accountable for defined goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management and HR operations, with 4+ specific experience in all of Workday HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
