Corporate Title Analyst

Overview

Our Social Infrastructure team is looking to hire a senior analyst or junior associate to help analyze, structure, document and execute senior mortgage loans secured on healthcare real estate collateral. In this role you will work with the team to model the financial operations of real-estate centric healthcare businesses, draft investment and credit committee memoranda, assess the clinical and regulatory/reimbursement environment, and engage with third party diligence and service providers, including outside counsel, to close loans. You will be a part of a growing team with a successful track record and benefit from the mentorship and expertise of its senior investment professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Able to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate, and market trade ideas

  • Able to work in a high paced environment under pressure

  • Lead as an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills

  • Experienced with market-making, preferably in USD Rates instruments and specifically US Treasuries

  • An understanding of financial modelling in Excel

  • Experience or education in health care, with a focus on public policy and/or reimbursement

  • Knowledge of basic concepts of finance and accounting

  • Project management and multi-tasking

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $110K to $175K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
