Job description

Description

As the Content Marketing Manager at Tufin, you will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies designed to drive business results. This challenge is more than simply engaging and educating our audiences, we’re looking for someone who can analyze data to identify and determine how to attract customers, apply content marketing strategies to help pull them into the marketing funnel and drive them through it with relevant content designed for each stage of the buyer journey.

Tufin is a global leader in network security policy management, providing solutions for cybersecurity and network security professionals. You will create high-impact content that positions Tufin as an industry thought leader while ensuring that every piece of content contributes to driving customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Buyer’s Journey: Develop a content strategy focused on engaging target customers at every stage of the buyer’s journey. Your content will guide prospects through their journey, from awareness to consideration and decision stages, with a clear focus on pipeline-driving materials that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Data-Driven Content Optimization: Measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts through data analysis, dashboard development, and experimentation. Continuously track content performance, experiment with new approaches, and use insights to refine content strategies that align with business goals. Focus on developing content that drives measurable outcomes, such as lead generation, customer engagement, and progression through the buyer's journey, rather than simply meeting editorial calendar deadlines.
  • SEO Optimization: Use advanced SEO tools and strategies (e.g., Google Search Console, Clearscope) to optimize content, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings, with a focus on content volume and execution vs. content perfection. Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices.
  • AI-Driven Content Creation: Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to enhance content workflows, boost production efficiency, and generate new ideas for diverse formats and channels that support the buyer’s journey.
  • Editorial Calendar: Manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely, consistent publication of high-impact content aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and key milestones that progress leads through the funnel.
  • Public Relations Support: Collaborate with the PR team to track and support public relations efforts, including writing articles and bylines for industry publications. Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all external communications.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to monitor content performance. Make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates, with a focus on optimizing content for its contribution to the customer journey.
  • Tailored Messaging: Collaborate with product marketing, channel marketing, and internal teams (e.g., customer success) to craft tailored messaging for different personas, verticals, and market segments, ensuring content speaks to the specific pain points of your target customers.
  • Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Partner with internal subject matter experts and external industry thought leaders to develop authoritative content that addresses current cybersecurity challenges and positions Tufin as a leading voice in the network security space.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed of trends and developments in the cybersecurity and network security industries to ensure content relevance and leadership positioning

  • Experience with AI-driven content creation tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging, informative content that aligns with the buyer’s journey.
  • Experience supporting PR efforts and writing articles for industry publications.
