Duties & Responsibilities: As a Sales Operations Analyst you will report to the Manager of Regional Business Operations and support our Sales Leaders in the Americas regions. Your focus will be on sales tools, processes, reporting and analytics to enable improved sales performance. You will be responsible supporting forecasting, the AOP process (annual operation plan) and quota planning along with sales territory definitions (working with Sales Compensation) and sales tools support. In addition, you will support our Channel Partner Managers in the region. You will be responsible for (but not limited to): Reporting and Analysis: Creating and managing complex Excel models and reports on Forecast, AOP, Funnel Coverage, Funnel Add, Individual Attainment, Bookings, QTD Business Summary and other metrics. In-depth data analysis to provide insights and trends. Providing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc basis (Excel, Tableau). Ensuring that Sales Reports on Tableau are accurate. Supporting our sales operations cadence: Participating in Estaff Forecast review calls, Quarterly Business Review and Yearly Annual Operating Planning. Sales Data Management: Responsible for Sales Order mapping and splits in Tableau, ensuring that respective Sales Leaders, Sales Teams and Salespeople get recognition for each Order booked. Working with the Sales Compensation team to upload any changes to Sales-Incentive-Plan. Reviewing Channel Partners’ data and reports for accuracy. Tools Support: Providing support to Sales team for MS Dynamics and Tableau. Being the go-to person for troubleshooting and enhancement requests for our tools (Tableau, MS Dynamics, Anaplan, etc.). Tracking and following up on actions from key meetings you support. Project management and leading continuous improvement projects associated with any of the above (we use the A3 problem solving approach company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or related fields. Over 10 years’ experience in Sales and Channel operations, understanding funnel, pipeline, sales forecast, coverage and attainment tracking, and related analytics. Proven project management experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot table, aggregated formulas) and Business Intelligence reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI). Demonstrated experience using data to inform business decisions. Being proactive, able to work independently without direct supervision. Attention to detail and accuracy. Great communication skills in English (C2 level). Good level of Spanish is a nice to have. Two years of experience with CRM for sales pipeline/funnel management (SFDC, MS Dynamics, etc.). Knowledge of lean and A3 process is desired. Leading teams is desired. Domestic and International air travel required (5% of the time).
