We are currently only seeking psychiatrists actively licensed in one of the following states: Colorado, Texas, Pennsylvania, New York, and/or Virginia.

Iris Telehealth is seeking dedicated Consult Liaison Psychiatrists to join our team, providing exceptional care in inpatient and emergency department settings—all from the comfort of your home.

About the Role:  

• Setting: Consults for IP/ER/ED - 100% Remote 

• Schedule: 16 shifts per month (Day shifts available starting at 8am CST); weekends are included 

• Patient Population: Adults (12+ in ER settings preferred) 

• Flexible scheduling options, no-on call, no-overnights needed 

• Compensation: $175/hr + sign-on bonus eligibility for consult-liaison psychiatrists licensed in the following states: CO, TX, PA, NY, and/or VA. Compensation is productivity-based, allowing you to maximize earnings based on patient care volume.

• NP Supervision Required: All PMHNPs are Iris clinicians that are highly trained and have many years of clinical experience.  

Qualifications 

• Active medical license in Colorado and/or Texas required (Additional licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, and/or Virginia a plus) 

• Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry  

• At least 2 years of experience providing consult liaison services - recent experience preferred 

• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+ (ages 12+ preferred) 

• Open to working with multiple health systems 

• Open to treating patients with all levels of acuity of care (from low to high) 

• Live in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
