We are seeking a collaborative and innovative QA Lead (f/m/d) to champion quality and lead Quality assurance across the organization. Your Impact:

Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a high-performance team culture focused on growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Take a proactive leadership role in partnering closely with development teams, ensuring the seamless integration of quality assurance throughout the SDLC.
- Design and drive the implementation of strategic test plans, advanced test infrastructure, and cutting-edge automation frameworks to set new benchmarks in quality.
- Ensure that industry standards and best practices in QA processes are consistently met and exceeded.

Lead risk assessments and guide the team in prioritizing testing efforts to achieve the greatest impact on product quality.

Communicate actionable insights on quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.

Champion the use of customer feedback to continually refine and elevate testing practices and product quality.

Spearhead initiatives to optimize QA processes, contributing significantly to the product’s overall success.
- Keep the team ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, demonstrating a strong ability to guide teams and improve overall product quality.
- Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships across diverse teams.
- A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated leadership in their application.

Experience leading performance testing and security testing efforts to ensure robust, secure products.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and Linux.

Strong leadership in problem-solving, with the ability to make decisive, strategic choices under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead the team in adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for driving excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of product delivery.
- Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration tools, with exceptional self-motivation and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to excel in a fully distributed, matrixed work environment.
