Who are we seeking?

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who's not just good at their job, but great at it. Someone who can dive deep into candidate pools, identify top talent, and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. If you're a passionate recruiter with a knack for finding the perfect fit, we want to hear from you.

Expect to earn over Php 60,000 per month and more through attractive success-based commissions.

What will you do?
  • Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

Hard skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in drafting recruitment documents such as job descriptions and offer letters
Soft skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
Language
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
