Your mission:
As our experienced RevOps Manager - Systems & Tooling, you’ll take full ownership of the GTM tech stack and act as the driving force behind the development, management and optimisation of an efficient and scalable tech stack that empowers our Go-to-Market teams. You’ll be working alongside our Salesforce team, that owns the CRM. Your core responsibilities combine technical experience, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to ensure that the technical aspects of our RevOps team align closely with our overarching business objectives to contribute to a scaleable data-driven function. 

THE ROLE
  • Taking full ownership of the GTM tech stack (Salesforce is owned by the specialist team)
  • Ensuring the continuous administration, configuration, and optimisation of all GTM tools, while collaborating closely with our internal Salesforce team for seamless integration
  • Leading cross-org project for the assessment and implementation of new tools, upgrades, and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ongoing monitoring of system performance, implementing regular troubleshooting practices to proactively address issues, and improving system reliability and the user experience
  • Ensuring consistent alignment with core business strategies by collaborating with stakeholders across the customer journey
  • Acting as the go-to person for tech alignment, guiding teams in adopting tools that amplify GTM strategy and maximizing business impact

  • YOUR PROFILE
  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM systems, marketing automation, and data integration tools (such as Salesforce, Pardot, Gong, AirCall, DemoDesk), particularly within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Prior experience working closely with GTM teams to ensure tools and processes align with their needs and objectives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills, including process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis
  • Fluent in English (min. C1 level)
  • Currently based in Germany, Poland or Italy with a valid work visa for the given country
