With a user-friendly mobile app, ship crews are able to continuously collect reliable technical data on the job. The automated, AI-based analysis then provides shore teams with data-based insights on risks and efficiency gains.

With Kaiko Systems, crews are able to save 50% of the time on deck operations. The plausibility 
checks  ensure  data  validity  which  increases  confidence  in  processes  and  outcomes.  The 
actionable  insights  generated  help  shipping  companies  to  improve  maintenance  plans  and 
optimize maintenance costs.   

We are looking for someone with maritime experience who can help us improve our product.
Your mission
  • Analyse vessel drawings (GA & Safety plans) or blueprint and generates .excel import files  

  • Set up and update customer database system of vessels based on General Arrangement & Safety plans as well as customer feedback

  • Apply standard inspection templates to specific cargo vessels 

  • Drive the issuance of daily and monthly fleet Status reports  

  • Assist new customers during the fleet rollouts 

Your profile
  • Must have Vessel experience 

  • Preferably an ex-Seafarer (Captain or Officer) on cargo vessel  

  • Preferably with experience with Cargo Ship general arrangement & safety plans or drawings  

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Attention to Details and Good organization skills. 

  • Basic Knowledge of Excel (no Formulas required)
