As a Sales Lead at Ledger, you will spearhead our business across North America and LATAM, shaping the sales strategy and ensuring we maintain our leadership in the market.

Your mission

Revenue Maximisation

Build and grow existing partnerships (e.g., BestBuy), ensuring partners are satisfied and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration

Negotiate mutually beneficial trade terms and position Ledger as a key strategic partner

Support partners in promoting the Ledger brand, optimizing customer traffic, and aligning with our tone of voice

Business Growth

Lead the expansion of Ledger's presence in Latin America by identifying and developing relationships with relevant retail channels

Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the North America and LATAM markets

Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation of plans

Use data to analyze business performance, streamline processes, and improve daily operations, communication, and reporting

Web3 expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and key players in the Web3 and blockchain industry

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

7+ years of sales experience, with a focus on retail partnerships in the consumer electronics or related sectors

Deep Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or NFTs is highly valued

Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals with online and offline retailers

Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail landscape in North America, with a bonus for LATAM knowledge

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships across all organizational levels

Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently

Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
