  • Strong understanding of project management processes. Desirable: Experience in the not-for-profit (NFP) industry. 
  • Must have experience with Salesforce (or equivalent), Monday.com, Slack, Google Docs, Google Mail and G-Suite. To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and charity standards. 
  • To perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard. Confident on the phone and professional but friendly email etiquette. Knowledge and use of the Google Office products. Use of Cloud-Based Document storage and sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud)

Core responsibilities:

  • Project and Task Management: Work through assigned tasks and projects on Monday.com, ensuring timely progress and completion. 
  • Monitor and update task delegation, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities. 
  • Provide monthly progress reports on all ongoing projects. 
  • Fundraising Licences: Ensure all relevant fundraising licences are up to date and compliant with legal and organisational requirements. 
  • Board Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for board meetings. Distribute materials and coordinate meeting logistics. nsure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation. 
  • Appointment and Email Management: Schedule appointments and manage calendars for key stakeholders. Monitor and manage email communications, prioritising and flagging important items for action.
  • Role Delegation and Monitoring:  Assist in the delegation of tasks and responsibilities within the project teams. Track task progress and follow up on incomplete items as needed. 
  • Research: Conduct thorough research for various projects and present findings to support decision-making. 
  • IT and System Proficiency:  Utilise Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, and other project management tools efficiently.  Provide technical support for these tools as needed. 
  • Reporting:  Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly progress reports to management and other stakeholders. 
  • Minute Taking:  Accurately record minutes during board meetings and other relevant sessions.  Distribute minutes to appropriate parties in a timely manner. 
  • Confidentiality:  Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality at all times
