Job Summary:
We are looking for an analytical and results-focused Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, designing testing strategies, and implementing changes to increase conversion rates on our clients’ websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, A/B testing, and user experience (UX) design, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website and landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO tools.

  • Identify conversion rate drop-off points and opportunities for optimization.

  • Develop and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other testing strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to implement UX changes based on test outcomes.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRO initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for further improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO techniques, industry trends, and tools to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

  • Understand and optimize user journeys to maximize engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, data analysis, or UX optimization.

  • Proficiency in CRO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data-driven insights.

  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing techniques.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they interact with CRO efforts.

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
