We are seeking a skilled and motivated marketing team to join our growing team. As a marketeer at airfocus, you will play a crucial role in planning & executing webinars, performance reporting, and stakeholder comms.
What you'll do:
- Work in partnership with sales: Drive successful inbound demand generation marketing campaigns, aligning efforts with the sales team for maximum impact.
- Utilise established tactics: Leverage established strategies to generate demand and attract high-quality leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns: Continuously track and refine campaign performance to ensure maximum demand generation results.
- Collaborate on lead management: Partner with the sales team to monitor and report on MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), ensuring alignment and progress.
- Master HubSpot: Act as the go-to in HubSpot, providing insights, analytics, and reporting to evaluate and enhance campaign performance.
- Support wider team: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing performance campaigns.
- Plan & execute webinars: Organise impactful webinars from concept to completion, driving high engagement and attendance.
- Project management: Oversee internal marketing projects to ensure timely completion and exceptional deliverables.
- Marketing support: Provide support for the marketing team, including tasks such as email marketing campaigns, landing page updates, and other marketing activities as needed.
