The Role
Design and deliver authentic brand experiences that engage strategic segments of customers and prospects and strengthen connection to our brand, communities, and experts.
- Create an event strategy in line with UKI Marketing strategy as part of a multi-touch campaign, surrounded with digital and social to drive deeper client engagement.
- Collaborate in the planning periods with the broader UKI marketing team to ensure feasibility, execution timescales and budgets/resources required.
- Drive the execution of events, showing up in innovative ways: third party, alliance, internal and proprietary events,
- Help manage planning process including but not limited to:
- Stakeholder meetings
- Project planning
- Budget management
- Lead uploading
- Follow-up plans – working with Campaign Managers
- Event results: reporting, summary, key learnings and future recommendations.
- Engage with the Central event team; join event community calls to keep up with latest assets, guidance, and exchange best practice; support any Central events landing in UK and Ireland.
- Run industry research to identify the most relevant events and experiences in support of country strategy and with focus on priority accounts. Engage with potential suppliers
- Follow and support central guidance, education and communication around event marketing tools, process, CTEBA, metrics, experiences, agency relations, best practices, and response lead management in collaboration with various stakeholders; creation of event briefs for newly added events
- Ensure compliance with all processes like CTEBA, GDPR, and Logo licensing.
- Manage branding items and merchandise stocks.
- Travel to live events, when required, following Health and Safety recommendations.
Will take part of the team meetings with the local UKI team and other meetings related to event execution (virtually or in person).
