As an Account Executive - Link at Liminal, you will guide qualified prospects into becoming long-term clients of the Link platform. Partnering closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you will manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, while also engaging in essential pre-sales tasks such as client briefings, needs assessments, and tailored demonstrations of the Link platform’s capabilities. This role requires a strategic, client-focused approach and a deep understanding of how the Link platform can address complex challenges in digital identity, cybersecurity, and financial compliance.

Client Engagement and Sales Management
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for Link by identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Own, lead, and guide the entire sales cycle from first contact through close, ensuring each interaction is client-centered and tailored to meet their needs.
  • Client Briefings & Needs Assessments: Conduct client briefings and needs assessments to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how the Link platform can provide value in their specific context.
  • Product Demonstrations: Master the Link platform and deliver personalized product demos that showcase its capabilities, addressing client-specific pain points and goals.
  • Account Strategy: Collaborate with SDRs to identify target accounts, develop tailored sales strategies, and engage key decision-makers in the platform’s value proposition.

  • CRM and Reporting
  • Sales Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot), tracking all client interactions, sales activities, and updates to prospects.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Regularly forecast sales activities and revenue, sharing progress and insights in sales meetings to ensure alignment with targets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Market and Client Insights: Share client feedback and market insights with marketing and product teams to refine the Link platform’s offerings and sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams on strategies for client acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment on messaging and approach.
