About the Team

The Ad Operations team at Super.com is dedicated to optimizing advertising strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. We collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns that align with our business objectives. We predominantly work with incent based ads and our exploring new and additional advertising opportunities.

About the Role

As the Manager, Ad Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing client performance on the Super.com platform. Your responsibilities will include implementing campaigns, conducting analytics, managing campaigns, and optimizing client performance to meet and exceed expectations. This role is integral to delivering on our promise of being a core user acquisition partner.

Key Challenges
  • Set up new clients in the campaign management platform.
  • Manage creatives and campaign structures for various advertising initiatives.
  • Create, edit, activate, and deactivate individual campaigns as needed.
  • Ensure proper tracking of clicks, installs, impressions, and post-install events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and conduct KPI reviews.
  • Propose and implement optimizations for underperforming campaigns.
  • Report on performance trends across clients.
  • Highlight upsell opportunities for high-performing campaigns to the customer success team.
  • Support customer success managers with data and insights for quarterly business reviews.
  • Support finance and accounting teams with accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with the data team to optimize dashboards and data enablement.

  • About You
  • 3+ years of experience in ad operations.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Looker, Amplitude, Excel.
  • Strong orientation towards performance and a passion for meeting goals.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with customer success, account executives, or other customer-facing teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-sufficient high performer who enjoys driving team success.
  • Experience in the mobile gaming or ad-tech market is a significant plus.
  • Experience with Singular, Adjust, Appsflyer, Everflow, Impact
