The Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring nursing and allied professionals at all levels to fill vacancies in our Health and Life Sciences division. You will work closely with our hiring managers to ensure that each role is filled by the most suitable candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Nurse Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities:
The Recruiter's primary responsibility is to provide day-to day recruiting, onboarding and administrative support for our contract and full-time requisitions. You will be placing nurses all over the country.
  • Create and post new listings on various job boards to attract applicants.
  • Prioritizing requisitions, sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to support the account.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and make candidate selections.
  • Tracking activity such as interviews, candidate progress, interview prep, debriefing after a a client interview, presenting offers etc.
  • Maintain all documentation using TalentBurst's online systems and access database to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies.
  • Must have excellent communication and listening skills.
  • We are looking for someone who is motivated to win and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have worked in an MSP/VMS model.
  • This is a full life cycle role not a 360 desk.
