Please note: This is a 6 month contract position.

What You’ll Do:

Source and engage with top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other innovative sourcing methods.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture.
Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing a compelling brand story to attract high-quality talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless and transparent hiring pipeline.
Provide actionable insights by compiling and analyzing hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative solutions.
Participate in regular hiring team syncs to share pipeline updates, insights, and candidate progress.

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in sourcing or technical recruiting, with expertise in identifying and attracting Engineering, Product, or Design talent.
Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, both technically and culturally.
Proven success in building trusted relationships with hiring teams, acting as a strategic partner in the recruitment process.
Experience contributing to talent acquisition projects or initiatives that have driven impactful results.
Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments effectively.
A proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in solving complex hiring challenges.
