About the Role:
Behavox is seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to spearhead the growth of Intelligent Archive, a cutting-edge regulatory archiving and compliance solution, within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep experience in enterprise sales, a strong understanding of regulatory technology, and a passion for driving business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in building and leading a team of Strategic Account Executives selling Behavox Archiving to top-tier banking and financial institutions. You will be forging relationships with decision-makers, compliance officers, and industry regulators. What You'll Bring:
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies.
- Personal experience in successfully selling to strategic accounts, giving credibility and insight to guide the team.
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, GDPR) and how they drive archiving and compliance solution needs.
- Knowledge of key sales performance metrics, such as win rates, pipeline velocity, and average deal size, to monitor and improve AE performance.
- A track record of managing enterprise sales teams, particularly in the SaaS, compliance, or archiving space, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
What You'll Do:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the entire competitive landscape for enterprise Archiving solutions and its application to guide sales strategies and positioning.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to manage up (with leadership) and out (with clients) while maintaining trust and alignment.
- Leverage networks to aggressively recruit top talent with experience selling Archiving and Compliance solutions.
- Apply expertise in setting ambitious yet achievable targets and driving the team to meet them through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop a strong grasp of how to align Behavox solutions with the specific pain points of clients in regulated industries.
