Description

DoControl is a SaaS Security Posture Management solution offering visibility, threat detection, and remediation for sensitive data exposure and insider threats. DoControl secures SaaS data, identities, connected third-party apps & configurations to ensure comprehensive protection across major SaaS ecosystems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Box. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup serving leading brands like Snap Inc., Colgate-Palmolive, Databricks, Datadog, and Monday.com.


We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a high-impact role that will help shape DoControl’s brand and messaging as we scale. Your primary focus will be creating compelling and differentiated content that drives engagement with our target prospects and partners across social media, our website, and lead generation channels.You will report directly to the Head of Revenue, who will be actively involved in your success.

This is a full-time remote role.


Role and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a creative content strategy designed to drive awareness and engagement, highlighting how DoControl uniquely addresses SaaS security challenges for our prospects and partners.
  • Own the creation and execution of diverse content across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, videos, solution briefs, and more, to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Content Innovation: Explore and implement new content formats such as podcasts, LinkedIn Live, and other creative initiatives to boost engagement and thought leadership.
  • Conduct thorough research and interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to inform future content initiatives. Stay current on SaaS security trends, emerging technologies, and evolving threats to ensure content relevance and authority.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to gather insights and identify opportunities to position DoControl more effectively in the market with innovative content approaches.
  • Maintain and manage the editorial calendar, coordinating content publication across teams. Ensure key stakeholders understand how to leverage and promote content to maximize impact.
  • Support the planning and promotion of quarterly events with prospects and partners, fostering deeper engagement through in-person interactions and content-driven discussions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role from a startup.
  • Creativity: Develop innovative and engaging content ideas to capture and retain audience attention.
  • Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: Craft clear, compelling content that effectively communicates our value proposition and resonates with our audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all content, ensuring consistency and precision in messaging.
  • Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritization & Adaptability: Manage multiple priorities with a proactive, "can-do" attitude, adapting quickly to new tasks and changing demands.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Articulate and present ideas effectively, both internally and externally, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage tools like LinkedIn, video creation platforms, and website CMS (e.g., launching blogs) to drive content distribution and engagement.
