Job description

This is a remote position.


The Client Engagement Leader is focused on Align HCM's "WOW!" client experience: driving service delivery while managing client relationships, executive sponsorship, as well as project health and profitability. This brand-new role, in collaboration with practice leaders, project managers, system consultants, and other stakeholders, services a portfolio of clients embarking on initiatives to implement end-to-end HCM software. 

**This position is 100% REMOTE and open to applicants in both the US and Canada**

Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. 
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business model, culture, and priorities to drive tailored solutions. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to clients, positioning Align as a trusted advisor. Attend in-person meetings with key clients at pivotal moments to ensure strong relationships and successful outcomes.
  • Create and pursue opportunities for innovation, additional services, or solutions that create added value for clients. Lead initiatives that drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, enhancing long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate proactively with project managers to address critical challenges and maintain momentum in project execution. Act as a primary point of escalation for project managers and clients to resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture and deliver top-tier results.
  • Champion change management efforts to ensure a seamless and successful system implementation for the client. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and refinements of methodologies to support exceptional service delivery.


Requirements
  • 5+ years experience leading sizeable implementations with employee counts over 1500 or 5+ years serving in a client executive sponsorship role
  • Experience working with virtual teams 
  • Ability to travel 15- 20% US and Canada
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
  • Experience working in HCM and/or payroll industry
  • Results Accountability: setting high performance standards for self and others and delivering results 

Job Type: Full-time (remote)
Travel Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work and travel within the US and Canada without any restrictions. Sorry, no visa sponsorship is available. Travel is required, up to 20%.

Salary:

Starting base salary $120,000 or higher, plus bonus
