Job description

  • Join a leading wholesale distributor in the baking and cake decorating industry, offering premium products across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Work Conditions

  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
  • You’ll be required to use your own laptop. 
  • PHP 70,000 to PHP 90,000 per month.
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with AWST).
  • Required to work during PH Holidays.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant reports to the General Manager and plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by optimizing their time and letting him focus on high-value activities. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, trade, retail customers, and administration staff, this role ensures seamless executive operations and supports the overall business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize meetings, prepare documents, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
  • Oversee special projects, monitor progress, and provide updates to the CEO.
  • Maintain an organized executive office and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


Experience & Software

  • Minimum of 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in coordinating projects and preparing professional reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with calendar management tools like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Trello, or Asana) is desirable.
