What we're looking for:

InStride is looking for a Lifecycle Engagement Specialist to coordinate and help execute our lifecycle marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a technical individual who has experience developing automated workflows, setting up personalization tools, and working with cross-functional teams.

 

Skills we’d love to see you show off:
  • Lifecycle Marketing Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or marketing automation, demonstrating skill in creating and optimizing cross-channel campaigns
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with an ESP like Iterable, Braze, or similar, and a CDP such as Tealium or Segment. 
  • Dynamic Field Management: Working knowledge of handlebars, liquid logic, JSON, and connected content or data feeds for creating personalized email campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analytics skills to pull, analyze, and present actionable insights. Experience running A/B tests and experiments.
  • Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Ability to partner with technical teams to define, test, and refine campaign triggers, event data schema, and evergreen workflows.
  • Project & Process Management: Highly organized with strong documentation skills
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ): High emotional intelligence with a “no task too small” mindset and a startup mentality, able to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Preferred Experience: 
    • Background in a B2B2C environment, utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Marketo
    • Background with learner engagement
    • Spanish-speaking

How you will create impact:
  • Manage day-to-day campaign production, including execution, QA, and reporting across multiple channels (email, SMS, pop-ups, and landing pages).
  • Team up with engagement and data tech teams to fill reporting needs
  • Assist with managing the lifecycle platforms, including troubleshooting, to ensure optimal platform performance
  • Building, setting up, and deploying simple to complex automated lifecycle journeys and campaigns across email and SMS notification channels within the Iterable platform
  • Manage documentation for detailed learner journey flows, personalization data, and testing
  • Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Corporate Partner Success and Academic Partner Success teams to support development of solutions for increasing learner engagement, onboarding new corporate/academic partners and launching new education programs
  • Execute testing and segmentation strategies that continually optimize and improve existing communications and automated workflows (copy, timing, email design, triggers, etc.)
  • Identify new opportunities to drive learner engagement through new technologies or optimizations within our product
Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.
