As Magic Eden continues to shape the future of web3, we're on the lookout for an Operations Associate with a true degen spirit and startup hustle. This role is crucial for providing support to users on the Magic Eden platform. Responsibilities include assisting creators with onboarding, addressing issues promptly, and delivering exceptional customer service to collectors. We're seeking someone who is deeply engaged in the world of fungible tokens and mobile app ecosystems, with hands-on experience managing or trading digital assets. Specific knowledge of wallet functionalities, cross-chain transactions, and user-focused mobile applications is highly valued.

This role will primarily operate on Pacific Time and take on weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer top-tier customer support to collectors and traders, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution

  • Support creators by ensuring their tokens and assets are accurate and addressing any functionality issues

  • Collaborate closely with other team members to drive operational initiatives with efficiency and precision

  • Maintain and manage databases, spreadsheets, and relevant documents for seamless operations

  • Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Monitor user feedback and suggest improvements to elevate the user experience

  • Adapt to changing needs and execute additional responsibilities as required by management


Qualifications:

  • Deep, active engagement with the cryptocurrency and blockchain space

  • Experience working at a crypto wallet company, with a focus on fungible tokens, cross-chain ecosystems, and wallet security

  • Experience with providing customer/user support for a mobile application company

  • A solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency market dynamics.

  • Genuine passion for helping consumers and a commitment to outstanding service.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using software tools and online platforms; experience with databases and data analysis is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Adaptability to fast-paced, startup environments and a readiness to hustle

The compensation for this position will vary based on geography and other factors (including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations). The base salary range for this role for the United States is $60,000 - $70,000. Additionally, this full-time role is eligible to receive benefits, as well as participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer package will be at the company’s sole discretion.
