Job Summary & Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the success of the SI Joint business unit by focusing on sales enablement, training, and product readiness. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to support product portfolio management, new product launches, and future innovation. Operating in a dynamic and regulated environment, this role requires strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with teams across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the team’s understanding of the product portfolio and procedure messaging.
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools, including presentations, competitive analysis, objection handling guides, and product FAQs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales team inquiries related to product and procedural information.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all product offerings and their clinical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging for the portfolio.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather insights on product performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the business unit at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the company’s solutions.
- Assist the Senior Manager of Product Marketing with product readiness initiatives, ensuring all marketing materials and strategies align with launch timelines.
- Recognizes the simultaneous need for rigorous adherence to process and the flexibility to adapt to inevitable changes along the way.
- Clearly communicates prioritized daily tasks with the coordination of the Senior Manager Product Marketing
- Identifies any resourcing issues, and immediately prioritizes identifying and working toward solutions.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience, or an MBA and 3 or more years of relevant experience. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirement.
- 5+ years of medical device or biotech marketing experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in SI Joint Fusion, Spine, Orthopedic or Capital Equipment Sales
Skills and Knowledge:
- Collaborative team player who can generate action through inclusion.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with Customers, Clinical, Marketing, R&D & Sales partners.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Independent thinker with desire to identify creative ways to compliantly educate customers.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce analytics software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Can-do attitude, ready to learn and tackle new tasks.
- Ability to work in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, surgical centers.

Target Pay Range:
$126,085 - $173,367. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
