Account Manager (US Based Client) at Intelassist

Salary: Php 40,000-70,000
Work Setup: 4 weeks onsite for onboarding, then work from home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Pacific Timezone)
Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines, 1110

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to work as an Account Manager in the health insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• The account managers will be responsible for seeking proposals from various health insurance companies.
• Once the relevant information is received, the account managers will create cost comparison exhibits which can be shared and reviewed internally by their senior management team.
• The role will work directly with sales personnel and other account managers and function as a key team member within their organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of any related field.
• Atleast 5 years work experience related to Account Manager.
• Must have a background in health insurance or preferably they would have work for an insurance brokerage
• Proficient in Office 365 applications such as Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
• Must understand insurance terminology such as deductible, copays, co-insurance, etc.
• Have experience with the US health insurance market is a huge plus.
• Must be very organized and detailed oriented.
• Must have excellent English skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant customer service tools.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and navigate complex systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
