Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced M&A IT Integration Manager specializing in program and project management overseeing network and systems integration, including Active Directory, Office 365 conversion, PC migrations, and user migrations.

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for program managing the seamless integration of various IT systems, networks, and platforms to enhance connectivity, efficiency, and productivity across our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of M&A integration methodologies, network infrastructure and migration methodologies, along with strong leadership, program and project management, and business process reengineering skills.

Job Description

                 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Senior Director as a point of contact for new affiliate business leaders, providing guidance, support, and solutions related to IT services and systems.
  • Serve as liaison between the IT department and new affiliate business leaders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of technical needs and requirements.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the integration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance to new affiliate business leaders on hardware, software, network infrastructure, security protocols, and IT best practices.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update new affiliate business leaders on IT projects, progress, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships and partnerships with new affiliate business leaders, promoting a collaborative and customer-focused approach to IT support and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, vendors/consultants, and end-users, to gather requirements, assess needs, and define integration objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute network and systems integration projects, including network hardening, Office 365 migration, PC upgrades, and user migrations minimizing disruption and downtime.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies and roadmaps, aligning integration initiatives with business goals and IT priorities.
  • Monitor integration project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Advise, monitor and mature methodology standards utilized by delivery teams in design, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and security.
  • Establish and maintain integration standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in network and systems integration, recommending and implementing new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership on continuous improvement activities to better and mature the IT department as a whole

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (two or more years) in M&A integration, client-facing account and project management, managing and monitoring numerous simultaneous projects; consulting experience is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Knowledge of M&A IT integration, with a focus on network infrastructure, Office 365, PC migrations, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and capability maturity models.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
